Counsel for businesses that cross borders

Doing business across borders shouldn’t mean navigating it alone. Atlas Counsel helps companies move into new markets with confidence, knowing their deals, data and compliance are built to hold up wherever they operate.

Sanctions compliance

We help businesses identify and manage sanctions risk in cross-border transactions, from screening counterparties to structuring deals that stand up under U.S. and international sanctions regimes.

International trade agreements

We draft and negotiate the supply, distribution and procurement agreements that keep cross-border trade moving and hold up across jurisdictions.

AI governance and compliance

As AI reshapes how companies build and buy technology, we guide clients through the rules on developing, procuring and deploying AI tools, including in emerging markets.

Technology and IP agreements

We structure SaaS, licensing and product partnership agreements that protect what our clients create and strengthen their commercial position.

Data privacy across borders- We build compliant data flows between jurisdictions, from data processing agreements to ongoing privacy and regulatory obligations.

Market entry into Africa- We help companies expanding into Africa understand the legal, trade and regulatory landscape before they commit, so they enter new markets with a clear view of the risks.

Strategic counsel for General Counsels and executives- We act as a trusted outside advisor on launches, foreign subsidiaries and complex regulatory decisions, bringing business and regulatory insight to every recommendation.
